The Lennox Partnership aims to facilitate economic regeneration in Dunbartonshire and Ayrshire.  It is our task to help ensure local people and businesses fulfill their potential and contribute fully to the economic and social life of this country.  With that in mind, we deliver programmes and initiatives aimed at helping local people and companies improve their current economic standing and their future prospects.

Adult Recruitment and Training Credit (ARTC) is a customised recruitment and training programme for employers. It includes both on-the-job training and formal training as appropriate with the additional option of pursuing vocational or industry recognised

Into Work Fund
Have you considered taking on a young person? If the answer is yes then the Dunbartonshire Into Work Fund could be just what you are looking for.

Job Brokerage
Job Brokerage is an independent advisory service which helps unemployed residents in Dunbartonshire and North Ayrshire into sustainable employment by identifying appropriate training and employment opportunities.

Junior WITH
Junior WITH is an innovative training programme currently running in Dunbartonshire. The programme has been designed specifically to support young people, between the ages of 16 and 18 years old, gain jobs in the growth sectors of tourism, hospitality and

Medical Administrator Programme
The Medical Administrator Programme is a 14 week course aimed at West Dunbartonshire residents who are unemployed and have decided to update their skills in order to gain employment in an administration role within the Healthcare Sector.

PACE
PACE stands for Partnership Action for Continuing Employment and is designed to help employees who are part of a large scale redundancy.

Scottish Business in the Community
The aim of the project is to increase the number of private sector organisations committed to supporting the ideals of the West Dunbartonshire Community Planning Partnership (CPP).

Small Business Financial Management Programme
This programme provides everything you need to know to manage the finances of your business. On successful completion of the programme the DipSBFM, a recognised qualification accredited through the IAB/IFA, will be awarded.

STRIVE
The STRIVE (Support and Training Results in Valuable Employees) project is a new and innovative programme to help unemployed disadvantaged individuals into employment.

The Prince's Trust
The Lennox Partnership facilitates The Prince's Trust in the Dunbartonshire area. This partnership provides practical support including training, mentoring and financial assistance to 16-25 year olds in this area and allows them to realise their potential

Working in Tourism and Hospitality (WITH)
Working in Tourism and Hospitality (WITH) offers free training to help unemployed people aged 18 years and over, or those under the threat of redundancy, develop the necessary skills to gain employment in the growing tourism and hospitality sectors.

ARTC
To help you find a job your new employer may be able to obtain assistance towards the costs of your recruitment. This can amount to 50% of your gross wage for the first 8 weeks up to a maximum of £800.
