Into Work Fund

Aims

Have you considered taking on a young person? If the answer is yes then he Dunbartonshire Into Work Fund could be just what you are looking for.

Potential employees must be 16-24 years old and fulfil basic eligibility criteria in order to qualify.

What is it?
The Dunbartonshire Into Work Fund is financial assistance for employers linked directly to the employee.

How does it work?
If you recruit a young person you may be eligible to access a wage subsidy of up to 50% of the new employees wage up to a maximum of £40 per week for the first 10 weeks of employment.
