Advice & Guidance
The Working in Tourism and Hospitality (WITH) programme is designed to help your company find the highly skilled staff you need and reduce your recruitment burden.
By training new people in appropriate skills before employment, or developing existing employees whose skills levels are less than SVQ Level 2, the programme can be tailored to meet the specific needs of your business.
The programme will help you:
Recruit new staff
Make sure your staff have the skills your business needs
Access wage assistance through ARTC (Adult Recruitment & Training Credits)
Assess the skills and suitability of potential employees through work placements
Provide information on other local initiatives to help you grow your business
All this is provided FREE.

Testimonials
Kenny Nightingale, Site Manager, Little Chef
WITH is one of the best employment projects that Ive been involved in. The staff we have recruited through WITH have been well prepared and confident. The pre-employment training provided through WITH was immensely important as it meant the staff were able to make a good start in the job.
Stuart Cordner, Director, Cruise Loch Lomond
I would definitely take on other WITH clients. The recruitment process was structured and there were good lines of communication and feedback. The WITH team are very knowledgeable about the courses and about our business. It can be difficult to attract people to our location and we have had a low response to our press adverts. But WITH has been a success. Id definitely recommend it to other tourism companies, both for recruitment and for training.
